We apply a consistent set of account-security and data-retention practices across every account on the platform.

Data Handling

We collect only the data necessary to operate your account: identity verification details, transaction history and session logs. We do not sell this data to third parties. Retention periods follow applicable Indian data-protection norms.

Cookie Policy

Cookies on onexpunt fall into three categories: strictly necessary, analytics and preference. You can manage analytics and preference cookies from your browser settings at any time without affecting your ability to log in or transact.

Account Security

Two-factor authentication is available on every account. We also apply automatic session timeouts on inactive sessions and alert you via registered email or mobile number whenever a new device logs in.

Data Retention

Transaction records, identity documents and communication logs are retained for the period mandated by applicable law. After that period, data is deleted or anonymised unless a live dispute requires it to be held longer.

Requesting Changes

To update personal details, close your account or request a data export, log in and go to Account Settings. For changes that require identity re-verification, our team will walk you through the steps within two business days.

Access depends entirely on the laws applicable in your specific region within India. We do not override local law. Check the eligibility section in our Terms before opening an account to confirm your region qualifies.

Log in, go to Account Settings and select Data Request. Fill in the form and specify what data you need. Our legal team processes requests within seven business days and delivers the export to your registered email address.

Yes. Submit a deletion request through Account Settings or email our data contact. We will delete or anonymise your data once the legally mandated retention period has passed and no live disputes are outstanding on your account.
